Concerning the logo for the podcast “RC Heli Nation”, I, Kelsey Abernathy, state that I am the creator of said logo. As seen from the links below, the original concepts were posted on my account on DeviantArt.com.

I retain the rights as the artist to the concept work. I gave Dan Reed explicit permission to use these designs. No other person(s) were given permission as such.

Concerning the ownership of the “RC Heli Nation” logo and prior incarnations or layouts of it, I, Erick Truter, will state that Dan K Reed contracted/requested me to do the artwork of the original design by Kelsey Abernathy. The design went through many versions and I still retain all the original layouts and designs as proof of design. At no point in time did anyone other than Dan K Reed deal with me regarding the design or layout of the logo(s). All communication and requests pertaining to the logo has only come from Dan K Reed and nobody else. Nobody other than Dan K Reed has contacted me for changes, revisions or previous copied thereof.

I got my start in RC about 12 years ago with Cars and Trucks.  Raced them locally and did a LOT of backyard bashing with some friends of mine.  To this day I still have a few of those around. Tmaxx, Savage, TC3 etc.   Eventually I gave planes a try enjoyed that for a while,  grew bored of them.  At that time I wanted to give Helicopters a try but the timing was just not right.  Forward to 2009, time was right and I took the plunge.  I love this hobby, I love talking about it, I love reading and listening about it.

The Fleet:  Bergen Intrepid EB Gasser, Kasama Srimok, Vibe 50, Vibe 90, Compass Knight CF, Trex 600n, Trex 500, Rave 450, Helimax Axe 400, Blade mSR

I use JRX9303, I really like Futaba Servos, although i do have a set of JR 8717’s and a few sets of aligns servos,  Tail servos BLS251 and JR8900.  I love Fromeco Regulators pretty much use them in all my nitros, and my gasser.. I don't run any 8V systems.  I am in the middle of switching my gyros to Spartans, a lot of my helis still have GP750’s and i still LOVE that gyro but i feel its time to upgrade
